  • Shipping
    We offer free tracked shipping within Singapore on all camera Purchases. Packages will be shipped out via Ninjavan and a tracking number will be provided to you. For other orders, you can opt to pay for either tracked or normal shipping, or to pick up your order from our office. For international orders, we offer flat rate tracked shipping depending on the region you reside in. Orders will be shipped out via Singapore Post.
  • Shipping Durations
    All orders will be processed and mailed out within 2 working days. For international orders, shipping duration will depend on the region but will normally take between 2-4 weeks.
  • Camera Warranty
    All film cameras sold come with a 30 day warranty that covers any issue(s) not caused by the user. Faulty cameras will first have to be returned to us to be inspected. If the issue is deemed to be a camera fault, a replacement camera will be provided. If no replacement cameras are available, a refund will be issued.
  • Payment
    For online transactions, we accept payment through both credit and debit cards. If you would like to opt for offline payment, payment can be made through bank transfer and PayPal transfer. If you reside within Singapore, offline payment can be done through Paynow, Paylah or cash on delivery as well. Do contact us if you find yourself facing any difficulties with shipping :)
  • Condition of Cameras/Equipment
    Unless otherwise specified, all of our cameras and equipments have been carefully tested and are in working condition. Any issue(s) with the functionality of a camera or equipment will be specified in the description of the product.
  • Are both developing and scanning included?
    Yup! Our film processing service includes both developing and scanning.

  • How will I receive the scans?
    Scans will be sent though WeTransfer. A download link will be sent to you through the email you have provided in the order form. Larger sized files may be sent through Google Drive instead in order to facilitate for easier uploading / downloading
  • How do I send in my films?
    Both drop-offs and mail-ins are currently available. Drop-offs are available at our space at People's Park Centre, #04-50, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Drop-offs are also available at Temasek Polytechnic, Block 30, #03-09 in the dropbox beside the office door, Mon - Sat, 9am - 5.30pm. For mail- ins, we recommend packing your films into a ziplock bag before placing it into an envelope to prevent the canister from tearing the envelope.
  • How do I know if my order has been submitted?
    Upon successful submission, a copy of the order form will be sent to the email address used in the order form.
  • How do I collect my negatives?
    Collection of negatives is available at our workshop at People's Park Centre. Simply drop us a message and we will set up an appointment with you for collection :)
  • How long does mail-back for negatives take?
    We usually mail back negatives in batches every 3 - 4 weeks. If you require your negatives urgently, do drop us a message and our team will assist you.
  • Turnaround times
    C-41 Processing: 1 - 4 days after receiving the order All other Processes: 2 - 14 days after receiving the order
  • The order form is not loading, what can I do?

  • Will I be updated when my mail-in order has been received?
    Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to you once we've received your order. We do not send out confirmation emails for drop-off orders.
